Glenn Allison
is a graduate of Georgia State University. Glenn has over twenty years
of experience in the travel and meeting industry, managing conferences
and providing in-bound destination services. Additionally, he is a
director of the Association of Destination Management Executives and
a past member of the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Convention
and Visitors Bureau.
David Mana is a graduate of the University of California at
Berkeley and a second generation San Franciscan. Dave has twenty-five
years of travel industry experience conducting domestic and international
incentive programs for the country's leading corporations and incentive
houses. Additionally, he has been Director of Operations and Sales
Manager for two of the Bay Area's major in-bound convention service
companies.

Ann Meagher, the Vice President of Operations, worked for close to a decade as a local tour guide, and was instrumental in creating the San Francisco Tour Guide Guild. Prior to joining Mana, Allison, she worked as an account manager for many of the Bay Area's leading convention service companies.
Marilee Sonneman, Sales Manager, focusing on the National Corporate
Market, is a graduate of San Francisco State University. A classical
archaeologist by education and training, she applies her passion for
discovering ancient artifacts abroad to designing extraordinary events
at home. Eight years of event sales and planning experience ensure
that she identifies and implements all the elements essential for
an unforgettable experience, whether a terrific tour for twenty or
a spectacular soirée for thousands.
Jennifer Lee Witherington, CMP, Sales Manager, originally
from Virginia, and a graduate of James Madison University, Jennifer
moved to Washington, DC, where she was Assistant Press Secretary for
a U.S. Senator, before entering the hospitality industry with Madison
Hotels and Air Charter Service. She relocated to Palm Springs for
the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and to the Bay Area in 1990. Jennifer
has since been a leader in the California hospitality community, earning
her designation as a Certified Meeting Professional and holding positions
as Director of Sales, General Manager and VP of Marketing for several
leading destination management and event planning firms. Jennifer
is listed in Who's Who of American Women, is active in Meeting Professionals
International and the Professional Convention Management Association,
and is a frequent industry speaker and writer.
Greer Hopkins, Director of Product Development
Eighteen years in the destination/event management industry has afforded Greer
the opportunity to explore all facets of this service. Following her early
years as a bi-lingual guide, she managed a successful San Francisco mini-bus
tour company. She was one of the founders and early Presidents of the San Francisco
Tour Guide Guild, traveled extensively handling domestic and international
incentive programs, was Director of Operations for a SF-based incentive company,
and was an Account Manager with Mana, Allison for more than two years.
Operations Department - Mana, Allison's operations personnel are the top in their field, including several former departmental directors. Drawing on the company's very successful history of past programs, the operation's staff has access to a wealth of details concerning operations of local activities. The Account Managers and Coordinators attend to every detail of your program, drawing upon a huge fund of shared experience to insure the smooth operations of your very important group.
Product Development Department - The production staff is comprised of imaginative and knowledgeable people, who are well versed in every available activity, venue and tour possibility in the Bay Area. Working in concert with your Sales person, and utilizing state-of-the-art technology, the Product Development team can rapidly create a well-researched, creative, attractive and viable sales proposal.
Administrative Department - The administration department is the glue that holds our office together. They keep our state-of-the-art network computers and office machinery up and running. Handle insurance liabilities and certificates of insurance. As well as manage employee benefits, payroll and accounts payable. And, of course, they are the first friendly impression to our clients, vendors and service providers.

We have a sophisticated in-house computer network system. We are able to create proposals quickly; to keep track of all the details of your account and provide you with an accurate bill within a few days of your program's conclusion. We are also capable of producing in-house graphics, including colorful tour tickets, bus signs, brochures and registration packets.

Mana, Allison & Associates has very high standards, and we require all our tour and escort staff to adhere to these standards. We draw heavily from the San Francisco Tour Guide Guild, a professional association of local tour guides. The Guild maintains a high level of professionalism, requiring testing and experience to admit members to its certified ranks. Mana, Allison & Associates has been affiliated with the Guild since its inception, and maintains good relations with its members.

Mana, Allison & Associates uses top of the line equipment, including Neoplans, Setras and Van Hools, maxi-vans, limousines and novelty transportation such as motorized cable cars. For shuttles or large arrivals, departures and activities, our staff is equipped with walkie talkies, which enables them to react instantaneously, affecting changes on an as needed basis.
